The Opportunity:  

  • MSS Operations is executing against the 2025 strategy, known as Project Rubix. Within Rubix the Clearing & Settlements Programme aims to transform the operating model for Clearing & Settlements across regions.

  • There is an opportunity for an experienced Change professional to join the team to lead the delivery of a set of projects within the Rubix Programme.

  • The role supports a variety of different businesses covering Markets and Securities Services, with a specific focus on Clearing & Settlements but expanding to other asset classes in the outer years of the Programme. This leads to a complex and challenging change agenda, particularly with regards to implementation across a multitude of products and processes.  

 

What you’ll do:     

  • Work with the PM and Business to understand and define requirements for all allocated projects

  • Be the gatekeeper for all features and products that exist or have been prioritized within the Portfolio.

  • Drive the creation of user journeys, data flows, process flows based on the client requirements

  • Champion cross-pod collaboration, to ensure any dependencies (such as data sourcing) are on track for delivery, mitigating any risk to the client commitment.

  • Manage the agile artefacts supporting the delivery work stream such as the epics, stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Support the PO through independent management of risks, issues and delivery timelines  

  • Be able to define test cases and scenarios (regression and performance) with a view to supporting manual execution where required

  • Be enthusiastic about learning new technologies and support the early adoption of Data and Digital Solution.

  • Promote the core values of: collaboration; continuous improvement and constructive challenges to ensure we are doing the ""right"" things.

What you will need to succeed in the role:       

  • Strong analytical skills to support performing gap analysis, root cause analysis and dissecting client requirements, to ensure delivery of the most optimal solution.

  • Knowledge and experience in developing automation flow using Transformers tool.

  • Confidence to ask questions and challenge in the right way to ensure the correct priorities are being delivered.

  • Adaption to fast changing environment and comfortable to work with stakeholders globally.

  • Highly motivated self-starter with proven ability to work collaboratively within teams and to deliver on time.

 

What additional skills will be good to have?     

  • A good understanding of Clearing & Settlements Operations and the wider Securities Services business is advantageous but not essential.
