We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Business Analyst.
Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Omni-Channel Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement omni-channel strategies aimed at acquiring and activating new-to-bank (NTB) and maintaining ETB customers
- Customer Journey Mapping & Process Optimization: Conduct comprehensive customer journey mappings to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in the customer experience. Work closely with teams to develop end-to-end process maps for customer interactions and internal workflows, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Governance & Performance Management: Assist in establishing governance frameworks and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of omni-channel initiatives. Contribute to the development and monitoring of Team-Level OKRs to enhance accountability and transparency within the team
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration among various stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and technology teams, to ensure a seamless execution of omni-channel strategies. Identify and streamline key functions across different departments to enhance operational efficiency
- Tooling and Automation: Support the design and implementation of automation tools (e.g. PowerApp) to optimize operational processes and improve data management. Develop training materials and resources to support team members in utilizing new tools and processes effectively
To be successful you will need:
- Proven experience in business analysis, customer journey mapping, and process optimization within a financial services or banking environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
