We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Business Analyst – Market Risk. 

The Senior Business Analyst will work in Risk and Compliance Transformation (RCT) which manages the Change the Bank investment portfolio and associated transformation activity on behalf of and across the Risk and Compliance function globally. The candidate will play an integral part in data analysis and production of insights in order to embed business process into architecture. 

In this role, you will:

•     Analyse large volumes of data related to Market Risk.
•    Use findings to produce insights and will provide this to product owners, business management and quants across Traded Risk.
•    Will produce presentations using information gathered from market data specifically related to Market and Counterparty Market Risk.
•    Use Python skill set to work on libraries and will have the ability to build BI and visualisations from data.
•    Through ability to communicate findings to seniors and wider teams in order for necessary actions to take place. 

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

•    SME of Market Risk framework with knowledge of Risk measures.
•    Working experience of Regulatory programs like FRTB, IBOR and capital models. 
•    Strong stakeholder management skills with proven experiencing liaising with senior stakeholders and facing off to wider teams.
•    An analytical mindset, demonstrating ability to review large pieces of data and provide this to necessary counterparts.  
•    Python skills required.

The base location for this role is London / Hybrid.
