The Unsecured Lending business provides comprehensive credit card solutions to the affluent and global mobile customers of HSBC’s Wealth and Personal Banking (“WPB”) unit. 
The Unsecured Lending Business Execution Manager supports and coordinates end-to-end execution processes and implementation for all Unsecured Lending portfolio engagement and rewards campaigns, customer communications, public website updates, and projects which contribute to meeting the program’s portfolio growth, spend, and balance goals.

To be successful in this role, the candidate must demonstrate a deep strategic understanding of the U.S. retail unsecured lending environment, proven success in developing, executing, and measuring new campaign strategies, and a high degree of self-motivation and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.


As our Business Execution Manager you will:

  • Support and coordinate end-to-end execution processes and implementation for all Unsecured Lending portfolio engagement and rewards campaigns, customer communications, and public website updates
  • Manage the program Communication Calendar to prioritize initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement to campaign and communication initiatives by streamlining project development, approval, execution, and measurement processes
  • Develop strong partnerships with colleagues in data, analytics, CRM, customer, marketing, digital, and distribution teams to develop and execute campaigns and communications
  • Support portfolio efforts to create targeted and personalized communications to drive deeper customer engagement
  • Provide operational support to all Card and Loan activities and incidents, including oversight of the Unsecured Lending customer escalation mailbox, and response to and resolution of issues
  • Support documentation of management self-identified issues (“MSIIs”)

For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $74,900.00 and $112,400.00


The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and several variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

Requirements

You´ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:

  • Proven and progressive record of project management or communications and campaign execution experience, specifically proven financial services industry-specific experience, management consulting experience, or equivalent
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of direct mail, communications strategy, and credit card products and services
  • Strong problem solving, project management, time management, strategic planning, communications, analytical, decision-making, and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and respond positively to change and flexibility when addressing shifting or competing priorities
  • Ability to effectively influence and communicate within large and complex organizations and at senior levels within the organization
