This is an exciting opportunity within the Sales Effectiveness team to work with the Global Head of Sales Effectiveness in managing end-to-end commercial performance in markets.

   

The Channels Insights and Commercialisation Senior Manager will manage a cross-channel performance ecosystem, including ongoing measurement, executive reporting, targeting process and collaboration with the markets and group teams.

In this role you will:

·         Establish metrics aligned to group definitions to improve channel sales and productivity

·         Oversee process to track performance across markets, including ownership of the Sales and Productivity dashboard.

·         Deliver monthly executive reporting on channel sales and productivity (IWPB CEO and Exco audience)

·         Design and coordinate the planning activities on channels sales and productivity with markets (Distribution Operating Plan)

·         Implement governance to ensure regular reviews of performance with group and market teams, as appropriate

·         Provide insights connecting sales and productivity results with business actions and overall strategy

Deliver on business management requests, acting as an SME for sales and productivity measurement

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

·         Extensive experience in an analytical role, managing large datasets and metrics. Fully proficient with Excel macros and complex problem solving

·         Proven experience as a Channels Insight manager on a Global scale

·         Ability to build a story around data and present in a suitable format to suit the audience

·         Ability to manage multiple ad-hoc requests and work to tight deadlines

·         Track record in building processes and frameworks / executive reporting

·         Strong stakeholder management skills
