In this role, you will:

• Use knowledge and experience in Full stack Engineering best practices, processes, frameworks, tools, and automation to improve the Digital products/applications and increase velocity and confidence in software delivery.
• Responsible to develop and deliver product(s) roadmap to drive transformation and adoption across projects in chosen GB/GB/SLs.
• Identify Engineering Design gaps and opportunities through initiative-based assessments, validate corrective measures and appropriate automation opportunities and tools
• Maintain a repository of best practices, guidelines, templates associated herein
• Work closely with the engineering teams for identifying failures/de-gradation/vulnerabilities and enable corrective decisions for improvements.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:       

• Full-stack engineer with strong experience in delivering applications end to end (design, development, testing, DevOps and Release) on different technologies of front-end, back-end and database.
• Strong technology background in application development and architecture (Solutions & Technical) for Web and Microservices applications) and the infrastructure requirements.
• Proven experience using programming languages like ReactJS, Java, Springboot, JQuery
• Have a detailed knowledge of deployment, automation, orchestration, and open-source monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Loki
• Hands-on experience in using Continuous Integration pipeline using Jenkins, Maven, and other CI tools used in DevOps ecosystem
• Experience of containerization, ideally using Docker / Kubernetes. Strong understanding and exposure to the Cloud technologies and cloud service providers - GCP, AWS, Azure, will be an added advantage.
• Experienced in managing delivery in a globally spread matrix managed organization (or team) using Agile methodologies and associated lifecycle tools – JIRA / Confluence, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible etc.
• Drive to improve and enhance existing strategies, processes, tools and techniques
• Candidate should have good communication, presentation skills, project management skills & interpersonal skills, including the ability to articulate the case for investments and alternatives in the language of business
