In this role, you will:
- Will be responsible for Pipeline Excellence Programme and hand on DevOps Architecture is part of the DevOps Delivery Team and reports to the Head of Engineering lead.
- Accountable for enabling the multiple pipelines for various products and services within COLLEAGUE EXPERIENCE Technology development pods.
- DevOps SME will work with Senior Stakeholders and DevOps teams, and is responsible for the delivery, on-going success & continuous improvement on Engineering Excellence Metrices.
- Identifying setbacks and shortcomings for mix set of applications which includes in house built, open-source stack, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS Platforms, Vendor Products
- Creating control adherent DevOps pipelines across the department
- Establishing continuous build environments to speed up software development.
- Understand Organisational DevOps / Engineering metrices priorities and ensure targets for those are met for department.
- Designing efficient practices across DevOps maturity
- Delivering comprehensive best practices.
- Guiding multiple Development PODs
- Responsible, working DevOps PODs to ensure that the Release Cadence / PDPTPPY and lead time to deploy changes is continuously improving and benchmarks appropriately across other functions within the DevOps team.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements
- Delivery in Dynamic Environment.
- Excellent experience on DevOps and should be able to evangelize and explore and built solutions for pipelines across wide variety of software stack.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and should be able to easily engage with various customers/Colleagues/Vendors
- Strong Experience on DevOps Practices/tools.
- Strong knowledge of Agile – Scrum/Kanban processes.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Hands on Programming skills experience
- Relevant experience of 12 – 14 years.
