We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the collaboration with group digital sales team and execute long-term strategy of digital channel wealth sales by leveraging the existing digital presence and capabilities to formulate and implement strategies.
- Lead digital sales proposition development and develop a coherent and executable partnership strategy to drive new digital leads, content partnerships and realize new commercial benefits from the delivered platforms.
- Develop a deep understanding of existing and target client segments, markets and regulatory requirements, keep highly sensitive to industry trends and gain new business opportunities.
- Daily sales material (article, video, etc.) post process and quality control, work close with product team and marketing team on digital communications e.g. promotion webpage, display ad, etc.
- Manage interactions with internal and external parties regularly for on-time, in-budget campaign implementations.
- Embracing customer centricity in every decision and action of our business.
- Ensuring the conduct of business complies with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- At least 5 years working experience for digital channel wealth operation.
- Proven track record of developing business and meeting sales targets.
- Good understanding of the asset management and solid knowledge of financial markets, mutual fund products, rich experience of influencing retail investor psychology and behavior.
- Solid Chinese and English article writing skills, strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills and able to be written communication in English.
- Knowledge or ability to navigate the industry and local regulatory requirements.
- Ability to be a self-starter and work independently as well as part of a team.
- High standard of ethics, honesty and integrity.
- Prefer major in Economics, Marketing.
- Prefer fund qualification certificate holder
