Job description
- Retrieve data from the authority's portal, so call Central Fraud Registry (CFR), which publishes the Mule account list 3 times/day, check against the bank's customers and their connected parties, and escalate true matches to FC and RM, if any.
- Send an instruction to Banking Ops to hold certain funds upon receiving CFR notification and request relevant RMs to contact customers to obtain more detail about the transaction identified to involve funds from fraudulent activities
- Assess the information obtained from the customer through RM if the alleged transaction carries any red flag and raise UAR as applicable
- Record the assessment in the designated location(s)
- Perform adjudication if potential match is identified
- Attend meetings with external parties (e.g. Bank of Thailand, Thai Bank Association, and NITMX system development company), process enhancement, relating to CFR enhancements and other topics applicable to the role
- Prepare MIs for management oversight and governance as required
- Collect all required customer information and documents to further submit to regulators and/or requested government offices, when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
- Experience in account opening or company documents would be beneficial
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Possesses analytical skills
- Good command of reading and written English
- PC
- Literate, MI dashboard, including knowledge of using Microsoft Office
