Your career opportunity
You’ll lead a team of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) investigators responsible for high-quality investigations and external investigative reporting using our internal monitoring system. You’ll ensure work is completed to a consistently high standard, aligned to internal procedures, and that recommendations (including SARs) are accurate, well evidenced and submitted correctly.

What you’ll do
    • Lead and develop a team of AML investigators using our internal monitoring system, supporting performance, engagement and wellbeing.
    • Allocate and prioritise investigative work to meet service levels, quality standards and business needs.
    • Ensure investigations are clearly structured, well written and evidence-based, with concise findings (excellent written English is essential)
    • Ensure consistently high standards across investigations and SAR recommendations, in line with internal policy and regulatory expectations.
    • Ensure investigators are trained and accredited to the required AML investigation standards and are competent in the utilisation of our internal monitoring system.
    • Identify and escalate significant and sensitive investigations, setting the right prioritisation, resourcing and investigative approach.
    • Provide timely updates to key stakeholders on investigation progress, outcomes and mitigating actions.
    • Act as an AML subject matter expert, supporting wider FCI activities such as typology development, training, policy/procedure enhancement, analytics innovation and external engagement.

What you need to have to succeed in this role
    • Proven people management experience, including coaching and performance management.
    • Strong AML investigation expertise and financial crime knowledge.
    • Excellent analytical and report-writing skills in English.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
    • High IT proficiency, including the ability to work with and interpret large datasets.

What we offer
The pay range for this role is 15109 PLN - 22000 PLN (monthly, gross).

Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
