Your career opportunity
The role supports the Regulatory Compliance Function on HBCE level, providing important information to HBCE Reg Affairs team and ensuring the information held is current and of high standard.
The role will report to and form a part of the HBCE Regulatory Affairs team and will support the team with regulatory development work for HBCE.
What you’ll do
- Perform onshore activities for ERM, RC, Model Risk and FA within Rapid to ensure a timely allocation to the right Risk Steward.
- Increase activities across Risk Stewards for HBCE within Rapid2.
- Ensure the high quality of the Rapid2 entries.
- Cooperate with the other GSC teams supporting Rapid process to improve the coverage.
- Undertake RAPid2 KPIs reporting across HBCE.
- Follow the reg. changes initiative and legislative process of the reg. dev within the scope of the onshore activities.
- Promote and sustain a risk-management culture in alignment with Compliance's role as the 2LoD.
- Ensure the identification and implementation of best practice to enable the highest operational standards.
- Define and adopt best practice through collaborating with our key business partners.
What you need to have to succeed in this role
- Detailed understanding the EU Legislative change process.
- Knowledge of the ongoing reg. changes.
- Ability to understand and interpret Regulations.
- Understanding the financial industry, products.
- Ability to communicate effectively to different audiences, including both Regulatory Compliance and any other internal customers.
- Ideally working experience within the reg. change process.
- Attention to details and good analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to build and maintain relationships.
- Utilizes own initiative to resolve issues, ability to support decisions with sound reasoning’.
- Understanding of the different Business Lines of Financial institutions.
What we offer
The pay range for this role is 15200 PLN - 18500 PLN (monthly, gross).
Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
