What you’ll do
- Lead the end-to-end business analysis process, from requirements gathering and documentation to solution validation and stakeholder sign-off.
- Collaborate with Treasury, Technology, and Model Quants teams to elicit, analyse, and prioritise business requirements for IRRBB calculations and reporting / analytics enhancements.
- Develop clear and comprehensive business requirements documents, user stories, acceptance criteria using standard industry best practice.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks & challenges to project milestones, add and resolve items from project RAID logs, and escalate high risk items through steering groups, change forums with an aim to eliminate/minimise project derailment risks.
- Work closely with technology teams throughout the software development lifecycle ensuring business requirements are understood and delivered as intended.
- Participate in solution design discussions, providing business context and challenge to ensure robust, scalable, and future-proof technology solutions.
- Support testing phases by developing test cases, validating outputs, and coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across Treasury, Risk, Finance, and IT.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate requirements, progress, and outcomes.
What you need to have to succeed in this role
- 10+ years of relevant experience in a mix of Process and Change roles in financial services, with a track record of delivering global technology-enabled transformation projects.
- Prior experience and sound knowledge of Treasury processes within IRRBB, Liquidity, ALM, or Regulatory Reporting will be a distinct advantage.
- Ability to prioritise amongst conflicting requirements through suitable engagements with stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies).
- Solid experience in designing Target Operating Models and Control Frameworks.
- Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and business process re-engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to work with technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions, ideally in Treasury, Risk, or Finance domains.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Leadership aptitude and willingness to coach and guide other business analyst if required to lead a larger delivery.
What we offer
The pay range for this role is 21141 PLN - 30000 PLN (monthly, gross).
Additional car allowance in the amount of 4,786 PLN (monthly, gross).
Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
