Your career opportunity
Delivery Manager leads change initiatives across the SVS/VS structure (or supports the Delivery Lead), taking them from inception through to closure. They build strong relationships with key stakeholders and deliver multiple complex workstreams end-to-end, balancing scope, schedule, budget, risk and benefits. They also drive adoption of the HSBC Change Framework, ensure regulatory adherence, and keep delivery aligned to the wider change portfolio and Group strategy, values and behaviours.
What you’ll do
- Delivery Manager lead change initiatives within SVS / VS structure or assist Delivery Lead to organize and lead the change from inception to closure.
- They are responsible for establishing relationships with key project stakeholders.
- They plan, mobilize and deliver multiple work streams of large scale and complex initiatives end-to-end, proactively balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, outcomes and benefits.
- They ensure adoption and deployment of the HSBC Change Framework within the initiative and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- They work closely with key delivery stakeholders to ensure alignment with the wider change portfolio and the Group Strategy, Values and Behaviours.
What you need to have to succeed in this role
- At least 5 years of experience on complex projects across countries or regions
- Understanding of banking and/or financial services industry and/or shared services organisations
- Experience in delivering significant change and cooperating with stakeholders in different locations
- Experience of managing projects in Agile way; including working knowledge of Jira and Confluence
- Self-driven approach with ability to work under pressure, excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Experience with running meetings in English over video or teleconference, knowledge of MS Office and Project Management tool
- Excellent problem-solving ability, experience in project tracking, reporting and governance
- Project management certifications (PMP, MSP, Prince 2 or Agile PM) are an advantage
What we offer
The pay range for this role is 15109 PLN - 19000 PLN (monthly, gross).
Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
