HSBC’s end-to-end Securities Services: make it easier for our customers to navigate today’s international financial markets. From Krakow, we support the entire securities life cycle on every single step.

What you’ll do
- Supervise, guide and motivate a Team up to 15 employees, identify employees’ development needs and manage performance.
- Coordinate timely delivery of relevant processes, supervise core procedures and core controls, ensuring that all services are delivered within agreed SLAs and all prevailing regulations.
- Ensure that the Team is equipped with systems, resources and expertise to support Team’s objectives.
- Develop and implement HSBC policies and procedures.
- Constant process monitoring and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Cooperate with German Business Partner, Compliance, GBM Management and other support functions to ensure Team’s and/or Cluster’s objectives are being met.
- Coordinate process migrations.
- Lead cross-department projects, representing the Team to a broader audience.
What you need to have to succeed in this role
- At least 4 years of professional experience working in Securities Services.
- At least 2 years of professional experience working in Internal Reconciliations.
- Experience in people management.
- Fluent English language skills (B2/C1), computer literacy (MS Office).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to handle difficult and conflict situation, ability to build credible working relationships with both Team and Managers.
- Excellent work organization skills, ability to deliver results through a Team.
- Ability to perform at highest level in a constant changing environment, demonstrate high energy, be pro-active and committed.
- This role is for Maternity Cover.
