This role will provide an effective level of review and challenge for billing, financial and headcount data, identifying improvement opportunities, risks, and issues and collaborate on interventions. Further, this role will review the overall Change Execution org structure to identify areas for improvement.

What you'll do

    • Manage HIBS/P×Q service and rate set-up for new or changing delivery models, ensuring billing readiness and data integrity.
    • Own the monthly billing and adjustment cycle (including query handling), ensuring timely, accurate charges and compliant audit trail.
    • Monitor and report material over/under recovery across markets and services, identifying key drivers and emerging risks.
    • Partner with BMs/Hub Leads to agree and track corrective actions, resolving billing discrepancies and prioritising issues to closure.
    • Provide high-quality financial reporting for governance forums (e.g., Cost & Performance), escalating material risks and issues through the Senior Planning & Resource Manager and CE finance leadership.

What you need to have to succeed in this role:
    • Strong financial analysis and business management capability, including FRP, budgeting, forecasting, target setting and performance reporting.
    • Good understanding of cost recharge/billing principles (HIBS/P×Q knowledge is an advantage) and the ability to proactively resolve billing issues end-to-end.
    • Solid understanding of banking operations and how operational delivery translates into financial outcomes (cost, recovery, performance).
    • Highly analytical and comfortable working with ambiguity; able to challenge data, identify root causes and recommend practical actions.
    • Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills across geographies and seniority, able to explain complex financial topics clearly and drive alignment with varied audiences.
