What you’ll do
    • Manage and drive continuous improvement of Non-Financial Risks impact assessment and management to support change delivery across IWPB Portfolio
    • Engage with Group Transformation team to ensure continued alignment of IWPB ways-of-operating with Change Framework mandatory outcomes of NFR impact assessment.
    • Develop IWPB-specific approach and guidance on Data Control Impact Assessment and management, working in collaboration with Group Data Office and IWPB Data Control teams.
    • Coordinate communications, implementation and embedding of NFR and DCIA tooling and process, and lead the BAU activities across IWPB Portfolio
    • Provide WPB-specific guidance, education and support to IWPB NFR Champions, delivery teams in Value Streams/Sub Value Streams, Tier-1 portfolio Control Owners, wider PMO communities. Act as subject matter expert on NFR and DC impact assessment within IWPB Portfolio.
    • Drive active risk management practice across IWPB portfolio on identified non-financial risks throughout delivery lifecycle 
    • Work with IWPB Portfolio Assurance to determine the continuous monitoring approach for NFR including Data Control across Tier-1 portfolios, and evaluate the monitoring results for future improvement
    • Design, develop, and produce regular NFR and DC dashboard / analytics, key control indicators, governance report including thematic read-across
    • Raise and manage to closure any Management Self-Identified Issues to address any NFR Standard gaps. Engage with 2LOD/3LOD for NFR-related findings and to resolve challenges
    • Support and deputise for IWPB Change Standard Steward for NFR
    • Expand on the engagement with IWPB Business Risk & Resilient team to support Operational Resilience agenda.

What you need to have to succeed in this role
    • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment or individually.
    • Strong relationship management skills, with experience building effective networks across business areas and developing relationships.
    • Self-starter with high level of drive and motivation.
    • Outstanding organisational and planning skills to cope with multiple large-scale responsibilities.
    • Articulate, audience-specific report and content writing skills with attention to detail.
    • Excellent verbal communications skills; confident in presenting to a large audience
    • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills including shaping insights into easy to understand conclusions
    • SAFe Agilist, PMP, MSP or Prince2 training or certification is an advantage
