国际银行业务部是汇丰环球银行服务的业务中心，主要为客户因出国留学、海外就业、移居移民、环游世界等需求，在汇丰的全球网络，包括英国、澳大利亚、美国、加拿大和新加坡等国家提出的开户申请，提供一条龙服务。

The Opportunity:

为客户提供准确而快捷的基本银行账户后台服务，包括账户开立，客户身份识别及审查，客户及账户资料更新，自助服务相关资料维护等。

What you’ll do:

• 国际银行业务部协助本地客户开立海外汇丰户口或海外客户开立本地户口。
• 国际银行业务部会全程跟进客户的开户申请，包括：致电联系客户填写申请表格，检查客户的开户文件，并在成功开户后通知客户。

What you will need to succeed in the role:

• 3年以上客户服务相关工作经验；
• 英语和国语听说读写流利；最好会粤语；
• 熟悉银行产品，系统及流程；
• 条理清晰，形象专业，能提供卓越的客户服务；
• 自我激励，有动力实现和超越设定的目标和指标。
