We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an International Propositions Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Support the design, develop and implement International business model to support international customer acquisitions and deepening, including International value propositions, distribution strategy, and cross department collaboration

  • Assist to drive Customer Lifecycle Management initiatives and wealth deepening for international customers to deliver improvements across the continuum

  • Drive the effective roll out of new business initiatives such as campaigns, cross border collaboration, to support new to bank acquisitions among non-resident and international prospects while ensuring all initiatives and execution are in full compliance with Legal and Regulatory requirements

  • Ongoing monitoring of jNPS and rNPS for International to identify opportunities for improvement or manage any related risks with meeting the aspiration

  • Assist with the preparation & materials for governance forums, supporting timely updates to management and liaise with stakeholders on the delivery of actions

  • Act as SME for NRC propositions work with respective teams to support customer acquisitions and deepening via effective proposition, product and service offerings, journey and process enhancements, and customer experience improvements for Chinese customers onshore and offshore

  • Liaise and work in collaboration with various key stakeholders including Propositions, Marketing, Risk, Legal and Compliance, Expat team, and other corridor representatives to ensure business growth is delivered in line with the Group strategic direction

Requirements

To be successful you will need

  • University graduate with business studies related discipline with solid experience in banking or product management

  • Great team player and results oriented with a high-performance standard

  • Strong business acumen and personal drive (can work independently and proactively)

  • Solid product, proposition management or sales distribution experience with mass affluent clients

  • Experience in addressing the needs of internationally mobile high net worth clients (includes NRC) and understanding of their banking and wealth needs

  • Strong project management skills in supporting the development and implementation of initiatives and possess the ability to solve problems promptly and effectively

  • Exposure and previous experience with multi-cultural and cross-country programme management preferred 

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). Strong numerical ability, analytical and PowerPoint presentation skills
