We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager Incentive Management.

Principal Responsibilities

Manager Incentive Management is responsible for the implementation of Global WPB Performance Framework, & performance management related initiatives for Retail Distribution business in line with Group strategic direction. The job holder will need to support in the development, delivery and monitoring of Performance Management systems/cycles and processes that are designed to improve and measure individual performance across branch network.

In this role you will: 

  • Support the implementation of Global WPB Performance Framework
  • Manage the planning & implementation of Global WPB Performance Framework in Distribution in terms of scorecard design, KPI selection, staff roles eligibility and propose changes to cope with business strategy and regulatory requirement
  • Implement the incentive allocation exercise and the operation of the incentive allocation system to ensure timely/accurate delivery of incentive payment
  • Manage Performance Expectation allocation for different Distribution job roles to support performance measurement & incentive/reward implementation
  • Ensure governance fulfilment under Global WPB Performance Framework by working closely with other stakeholders
    Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement Group Compliance Policy, maintain awareness of operational risk & minimize the likely of occurring
Requirements

To be successful you will need:

  • University level education, preferably in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics or Business-related disciplines
  • Solid years of experience in retail banking industry with exposure in project implementation an additional advantage
  • Competent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
  • Expert in managing and interpreting large amount of data with strong numerical sense & analytical skill
  • Proficiency in computer software especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • A team player with good analytical and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight timeline
  • Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated & able to work independently
