We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager, Sustainable Finance and Transition Origination.
Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will
- Support the origination and structuring of sustainable export finance transactions
- Support the coordination of sustainable project finance transactions (execution of sustainable project finance
- will be responsible by regional SF&T teams)
- Support regional SF&T originators on the structuring of complex and bespoke financing solutions
- Support the creation of innovative, replicable financing solutions to solve client needs at scale
- Undertake modelling, due diligence, financial and credit analysis of transactions
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders as part of the process of transaction origination, structuring and execution
To be successful you will need
- Functional Knowledge
- Thorough understanding of the Group and CIB business
- Understanding and experience of the infrastructure finance market
- Experience in structuring and executing sustainable infrastructure financings
- Knowledge and experience of sustainability or sustainable finance
- Strong business communication and analytical skills, including in respect of credit and reputational risk
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner with key stakeholders and senior management
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Experience in navigating ambiguity, adapting to changing priorities, working in a dynamic environment and getting things done
