We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

As member of Data and Messaging tribe in Data Analytics IWPB CN team, you will build DA and MCC capabilities to support business activities and outcomes in IWPB areas, including:

   Customers engagements & sales via all channels (RM/SMS/Mobile/WeChat)

   Campaign management including RM Leads and Digital Messaging

   Campaign optimization via omni-channel performance tracking and insights

   Prospect Contacts Management to drive leads conversion and recycling

   Contact tools management (Pega / Smart RM / SCRM / manual SMS)

   Staff productivity improvements via dashboard and frontline tools

   MCC forums with stakeholders to improve campaign/contact effectiveness

要求

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in: Economics / Econometrics / Computer Science / Data Science / Analytics / Statistics / Software Engineering / Management Information System / Communications / Operations Research / Marketing.
  • Expertise: 7+ years' experience in Data & Analytics / Data Product domain; proficient in CRM systems or Marketing Automation products; rich experience on customer contact solution design / execution; knowledge on digital marketing is a plus.
  • Industry: In financial domain, especially Retail Banking / Investment & Wealth area; familiarity with risk control / regulatory requirements of customer-facing solutions.
  • Leadership: Proven capability to design & drive CRM solutions and MCC strategy.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication in both Chinese & English. Great teamwork to drive collaboration effectively with different departments and stakeholders.
  •         Miscellaneous: Cautious and patient; strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking; able to translate complex business problems into contact solutions; experience of working with Global functions and senior leadership team.
