We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

   Work closely with project managers to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers

   Proactively analyze data to answer key questions for stakeholders or yourself, with an eye on what drives business performance, and investigate and communicate which areas need improvement in efficiency and productivity

   Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources

   Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting an appropriate combination of methods and tools within the defined technology stack to ensure optimal scalability and performance of the solution

   Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources, and build scripts that will make our data evaluation process more flexible or scalable across datasets

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

   A minimum of 8-10 years proven experience, data analysis, data product or data modeling, database management experience or equivalent.

   Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.

   Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the financial services industry. Experience on consulting and/or risk management is an advantage

   Strong understanding of commercial banking operations and the associated risks, particularly related to mule risk

   Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, with experience in advanced analytics and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Quick BI, Excel, PPT)

   Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

   Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality

   Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment
