We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Marketing Campaign Manager (12 months fixed term contract).

Principal Responsibilities

WPB Segment Marketing lead all global marketing strategy and global/multi-market campaign launches for HSBC. The team requires an individual to support 2025 Wealth & Premier campaign launch efforts:  

  • Support the strategic go to marketing planning and implementation of key Wealth & Premier campaigns including development of multichannel assets, toolkits and event management
  • Collaborate and ensure alignment with internal teams and key stakeholders i.e. product owners, PR communications team, global website teams etc
  • Coordinate with external partners like creative and media agencies to bring to life campaign i.e. producing assets and social media (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, WeChat and Little Red Book)
  • Provide assistance to any ad-hoc campaign related requests
  • Assist in campaign related admin tasks i.e. arrange meetings, consolidation of markets’ feedback, provide meeting recaps, help develop power point decks
  • Work on desk research projects, including competitive reviews and external inspiration
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
  • Extensive years of experience in project management / social media / marketing experience preferably from banking / commercial industries
  • Ability to act as a partner with strong collaborative mindset and engage with all levels across functions effectively and efficiently
  • Numbers-savvy, highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently, with an eagerness to learn and can-do attitude
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English
