We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Office Assistant (Branches).

Principal Responsibilities

  • To greet customers in the branch in a professional and friendly manner
  • To focus on customers' needs by anticipating, understanding and responding to the needs of the internal and external customers to meet or exceed their expectations within the organizational parameters
  • To foster teamwork by working cooperatively and effectively with others to resolve problems and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness
  • To identify and escalate risks and issues promptly
Requirements
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
  • Strong self-motivated with problem solving ability
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good initiative and service attitude to serve customers with heart
  • Basic verbal proficiency in Cantonese and simple English
