We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Officer, MPF Administration (12months fixed term contract).

Principal Responsibilities

  • Process customer requests including accounts set up, data maintenance and exceptions handling and data capture into mainframe system, imaging and workflow systems and other application systems and carry out general administrative duties
  • Handle requests from internal and external customers and ensure that they comply with internal service standard and external compliance requirement
  • Liaise with clients and undertake investigation in relation to administrative matters and complaint and/or to draft reply letter
  • Coordinate with internal departments for delivering administrative services to clients and/or produce regulatory reporting to the government authorities
  • Perform control tasks within the team
  • Support ad hoc special projects and assignments as required by management (i.e. system enhancement)
Requirements
  • A minimum of Form 5 education is required
  • Experience in handling administrative work
  • Basic retirement benefits and provident fund knowledge would be a plus
  • Strong PC skills e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
