Operations Shared Services (OSS) drives operations' performance standards, service excellence, and consistency across the Group and our Global Service Centres (GSCs). This central team oversees areas such as business intelligence, cost management, reporting, billing and regulatory compliance. In addition, through its GSC Capabilities team, they are responsible for enterprise-wide workforce management, location strategy, future skills, and group common services (AI, automation, and other strategic initiatives).
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Operations Assistant, Main Treasury.
Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will
Prepares note/coin consignment for branches, local banks and customers. Receives and bulk check of note/coin pay-in from branches, local banks, corporate customers and ATM
To deal with bulk cash deposits and withdrawal transactions and input data of cash transactions to Vault Management system
To deal with cash deposits at Cash Processing Centre which includes counting, verification of notes and coins and pass transactions to HWS
To be responsible for the delivery of cash run boxes / coins / flag-day collections to and from cash vehicles, and to check and sign for acknowledgements
To perform other clerical duties as required
To be successful you will need
Form 5 level education
Extensive years of experience on cash and cheque
Basis computer knowledge
Good interpersonal skill
