We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Personal Banking Executive (Business Relationship), Premier Relationship - Contact Centre Business.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Proactively perform outbound warm calls to selected customers and handle inbound calls as and when required
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions, enabling customers to enjoy the full benefits of our comprehensive range of products and services
  • Provide comprehensive and professional banking services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Quality Assurance standards
  • Support the Bank’s initiatives as and when necessary
Requirements
  • Holder of High Diploma, equivalent or above
  • Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin and ability to read and write in Chinese and English is essential
  • Good verbal communications skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating shift covering days, nights, weekends and public holidays with a five-day working week
  • Fresh graduates will be considered and no banking experience is necessary. We will provide comprehensive training to help you progress in your career and gain your professional licensing qualifications
  • Candidate with customer service experience, and a license holder of HKSI 1,7,8 or IIQE 1, 2, 3, will be considered for a Senior Wealth & Personal Banking Executive role
