The Process Re-engineering Lead is responsible for reviewing and enhancing manual front office processes within the UK Private Banking Business. The role sits within the GPB&W COO function and focuses on identifying areas for improvement through automation, optimization, and changes to the operating model. This position will play a crucial role in analyzing pain points, devising innovative solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement new processes that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve client satisfaction. The role will report directly to the Head of Portfolio oversight within the COO team.

In this role you will:

•    Conduct thorough reviews of existing front office processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
•    Develop and present actionable solutions that address identified pain points, focusing on automation and process optimization.
•    Articulate the efficiency benefits of proposed changes to stakeholders, gaining buy-in for new processes.
•    Collaborate with the Business Architecture and IT teams to design and implement innovative solutions that align with business goals.
•    Create and maintain investment cases to secure funding for larger-scale process improvements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

•    Vast experience in leading significant, actionable, and successfully embedded changes to processes used by large teams - essential
•    An ability to identify and effectively act on process pain points experienced by teams - essential
•    Private Banking or Wealth Management experience - desirable
•    A commercial mindset - essential
•    Able to get buy-in from senior stakeholders and encourage them to realise the benefits of change - essential
 
This role will be based in either Birmingham or London.
