Product Owner – Business Risk and Resilience

In this fantastic new role, you will join a growing team and take accountability for leading Product Owner activities across Business Risk and Resilience (BRR) function for GCOO (Group Chief Operating Office) and acting as the primary interface to Change Management and Technology

In this role, duties will include:

 

  • Support the creation and execution of the Business Risk strategy by working closely with the Business Risk functions for Operations, Procurement, BRR and the bank wide BRR/CCO/NFR leads
  • Lead the product development strategy with a focus on outcomes
  • Proactively monitor and manage the execution of the BR product strategy through appropriate governance and metrics
  • Identify and mitigate emerging risks and issues across the product remit.
  • Engage with external vendors and suppliers to ensure optimum selection of BR products and tooling.
  • Engage with stakeholders across GCOO to support delivery of the Business Risk objectives, to ensure regulatory and internal commitments are met and provide proactive product management
  • Develop strong relationships with the BRR community across Global Businesses and Global Infrastructure teams to support the delivery of the BR strategy
  • Build and maintain strong collaboration with Change and Tech partners
