We invite qualified individuals to join the team as Project Manager, Client Integration.

 

Principal Accountabilities

        Collaborate closely with the client’s Treasury, Finance and IT executives to develop and implement tailored solutions that support their strategic objectives.

        Consult with the sales team on strategic bids, offering critical input to secure service mandates and foster long-term client relationships.

        Actively participate in deal teams to provide insights on system integration and facilitate the alignment of our Global Payments Solutions with the client’s operational workflow.

        Serve as a principal liaison both externally and internally; set up and chair project steering and co-governance meetings, offering expert guidance on all aspects of cash management and resolving related issues.

        Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle of GPS implementations and integrations, ensuring robust tracking and management of project status, risks and issues. Maintain data integrity across our systems, adhering to the GPS implementation project-management methodology. Ensure thorough testing and quality-assurance processes are in place before go-live, including supervision of Product Verification Testing (PVT), to enable seamless integration and optimal functionality of solutions delivered.

        Analyse complex data on clients’ cash flows and operational systems, offering insights that drive the adoption and customisation of GPS products and services, and track product utilisation effectively to support revenue goals.

        Evaluate new products and assess enhancements to existing offerings, contributing to continuous product improvement and client satisfaction.

Requirements

        Preferably 6 to 8 years’ experience in transaction banking, banking and finance consultancy, or a customer-facing function.

        In-depth and diverse knowledge of banking operations, products, services and systems across Asia-Pacific.

        High external profile with a confident outlook, plus strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work with company treasurers, financial controllers and CFOs to provide advice and ongoing support.

        Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project-management experience, including agile methodologies.

        Data-science skills are an advantage.

        Ability to deliver to strict timelines and work with minimal supervision.

        High level of personal motivation; strong time-management, planning and organisational skills; and a proven team player.

        Good command of spoken and written business English.
