In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with teammates, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and UX designers to deliver scalable dashboards and microservices within agreed timelines and standards.
• Develop new end-to-end dashboard features using Node.js, React.js, and PostgreSQL, leveraging modern technology stacks.
• Build reusable components, APIs, and front-end libraries for future use, ensuring optimized performance across browsers and platforms.
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, maintainable code while adhering to enterprise standards.
• Optimize components and APIs for maximum performance, reliability, and observability.
• Apply your technical expertise to deliver high-quality applications/systems, incorporating automation pipelines for deployment, testing, and compliance validation.
• Challenge code, design, and implementation to ensure they meet the highest quality standards, reducing technical debt and improving operational resilience.
• Promote positive behaviour, actively manage risk, and drive initiatives to ensure compliance with enterprise standards.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: 

• Experience in Node.js, React.js, PostgreSQL, and automation.
• Proven experience delivering complex projects, including dashboard migrations and platform transitions.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms (e.g., JSON Web Token).
• Experience with automated testing, deployment orchestration, and compliance validation tools.
• Experience working in Git and continuous integration/deployment environments.
• Innovative approach to solving complex problems with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of DevOps metrics (e.g. Release Frequency, Lead Time to Deploy, Change Failure Rate) and experience designing solutions to improve them.
• Familiarity with observability tools and practices to ensure system reliability and resilience.
