Through Business Banking our global network offers comprehensive support, advice and services to businesses in the SME market. From setting up a new business to managing the cash and trade flows of an established enterprise, the Business Banking team of Relationship Managers and Business Specialists provides a range of end-to-end solutions designed to help small and large businesses reach their potential.
 
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
 
In this role, you will:
  1. Act as Relationship Manager by managing existing portfolio, offering value-added advice and guidance to customers and placing their needs at the forefront of all that we do, setting world class standards.
  2. Own customer engagement; ensure service excellence at all times, for all aspects of any customer, prospect or professional’s interaction with HSBC;
  3. Develop business by on-boarding new customers; identifying and meeting customer needs through a broad range of products and services.
  4. Maintain and observe all HSBC control standards and implement and observe the Group Compliance Policy, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators.
要求
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
  1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  2. Knowledge of the HSBC’s Business Banking products and services.
  3. Proven ability in identifying and meeting customer needs through a broad range of products and services.
  4. Proven level of business acumen and commercial awareness including economic, cultural, procedural and regulatory issues.

Employees on selected front-line roles which support building and maintaining customer relationships need to serve 18 months before being eligible to submit internal job application without getting line managers' written endorsement.  These roles have been identified to include (across all bands): RMs in CMB / GB / RBWM; Sales in GTRF / GLCM/ GM, Client Management team in GLCM, Client Services team in HSS.
 
Employees on RBWM Teller position need to serve 12 months after the individual has obtained all the required licenses (including 反假币证书etc.), before being eligible to submit internal job application. Otherwise, written endorsement from line managers is required.
