In this role you will:

  • Build deep, long-term relationships with the founders and finance partners of technology companies in the Enterprise B2B space.
  • Maintain a portfolio of Enterprise B2B clients, which includes ongoing portfolio management responsibilities and effectively deploying HSBC Innovation Banking platform.
  • Develop deep understanding of the client’s business model, operational structure, growth strategy and competitive landscape.
  • Engage with internal teams to ensure all aspects of client experience - from onboarding to ongoing service – are seamless, responsive, and delivered with high level of satisfaction. 
  • Deliver the breadth and depth of the HSBC Innovation Banking Platform.
  • Develop a deep understanding of banking products such as cash management solutions, lending and credit products. Identify and target new opportunities to support clients’ needs.  
  • Developing the HSBC Innovation Banking brand by both organizing and attending industry events, and work proactively to develop value-add introductions and connections in the ecosystem.

You should apply if you have:


  • Role holder must be located in Israel with fluent business English and Hebrew. 
  • 4–6 years’ experience in business development/account management, ideally in the tech ecosystem (software, VC, consulting, law/tech advisory).
  • Strong understanding of technology trends, key metrics and capital markets shaping the innovation ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to build authentic, long-term relationships and deliver revenue growth, scaling a high-quality client portfolio in Technology & Innovation.
  • Self-motivated and detail-focused, comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment; strong problem-solving using logic and sound judgement.
  • Data-driven team player with strong organisation/time management and the leadership skills to coach and develop others; relevant degree required.
  • Relevant academic degree.
