We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Reporting and Admin Assistant Manager.
Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will
- Report to the reporting and admin activities team lead to support all required activities
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders including RAS Vendor, TFS Trustee Team, TMO complaints & enquiries team to ensure all required reports are completed on time
- Utilise Power BI to query required data extracts from the eMPF data warehouse to produce reports where necessary
- Produce and disseminate required reports to relevant parties
- Support the team lead in monitoring reports produced to propose improvements as deemed necessary to ensure Trustee oversight
- Execute scheme accounting processes that require TMO support, working with relevant stakeholders to do so and retrieve archived documents in response to eMPF Platform Company document requests
- Support the payments process and the printing & scanning required by TMO is handled by the team on time
To be successful you will need
- University degree holder
- Relevant working experience, experience within pension is an advantage
- Work Independently and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Customer-focused and able to handle multiple tasks
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient PC skills with the ability to input Chinese characters
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent written and spoken Chinese and English, and ideally Putonghua
