Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world’s largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets.  Our dedicated colleagues serve millions of customers worldwide across the entire spectrum of private wealth, ranging from personal banking for individuals and families, through to business owners, investors and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.  We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking, that best suit our customers’ needs.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as an Sales Admin Support Manager, IWPB

Areas and Accountabilities 

Impact on the Business / Function

  • Manage a team and provide critical support to the team to achieve sales KPIs.
  • Develop Branch Sales Management Information (MI) to track and analyze performance for trends and improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist Head of Distribution Operations implementing operational strategy to identify, manage, and mitigate the operational, regulatory and reputational risks within.

Customers / Stakeholders

  • To provide excellent customer services to IWPB customers.

Leadership & Teamwork

  • Manage and maintain a highly motivated Customer centric Service team.

Operational Effectiveness & Control

  • Operational Excellence
  • Responsible to process and manage sales applications to and from the sales team and DBS. Responsible for Distribution Sales workflow processes, System administrator and Work improvement projects. 
  • Ensure that operational procedures are optimized plus adhered to in accordance to internal / external guidelines and in compliance with audit/control.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience 

  • Excellent customer service orientation. Good communication skill. Good operations management. Good people management skill.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Strong competency in Microsoft Office (esp word and xcel)-For incumbent focusing on MI, very strong xcel/access skills is required
  • Able to think laterally.
