Responsible for the sale of Global Payments Solution for HSBC customers and prospects companies, both for local and regional/global deals, ensuring strict compliance with Group standards and a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to meeting the area's objectives in terms of revenue volume, new clients, cross-selling, and profitability, accelerating time to revenue.
• Ensure compliance with sales and service quality objectives to meet the needs of companies and strengthen the retention of existing businesses.
• Implement regional/global planning tools to properly track deals and understand the company's needs (i.e., CME and CMP).
• Actively participate in regional/global deals to generate new clients or strengthen relationships with current ones.
• Respond to and monitor compliance with regional RFIs/RFPs.
• Maintain relationships with key colleagues at the main banks in the market.
• Coordinate and conduct monthly meetings/calls with internal stakeholders to monitor compliance with sales objectives, detect deviations, and propose corrective actions.
• Ensure strict compliance with group standards in business management
• Evaluate regional best practices in sales and customer service and adapt them to the industry
• Develop and lead an integrated team with the goal of providing excellent internal and external customer service
- Strong knowledge of local and regional cash management and clearing services, products and techniques.
- Relationship Management experience at multiple levels plus a proven sales record
- Proven ability in identifying and meeting customer needs through matching a broad range of products and services
- Strong credit assessment skills, particularly with regard to more complex and structured facilities with an international dimension
- Ability to understand a customers business and the fundamentals of running a business
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent range of communication skills, including written, verbal, and the ability to deliver compelling presentations
- Strong analytical and selling skills
- University Degree/College Diploma in business/finance preferred
- Experience of working in an International Global Banking environment
- Knowledge of Treasury Foreign Exchange
- English and Portuguese proficiency
