The Mandatory Provident Fund Scheme is referred to as the Mandatory Provident Fund(MPF) is a retirement protection policy implemented by the Hong Kong government on December 1, 2000 to help employees prepare for retirement savings in advance.  Both employers and employees contribute to the establishment of a fund for retirement. The core responsibility of MPF process is organise, lead and motivate the staff in Pensions Operations to provide best in class service/support to HSBC group Pension Admin Premium Account customers and comply with HK MPFA policy.

 

The Opportunity:

  • To assist his/her supervisor in performing user acceptance testing on the pension administration systems.
  • To assist in the implementing of any planned or ad hoc EB projects and IT changes including but not limited to compliance, service improvement, strategic development, operational efficiency or e-channel initiatives.
  • To assist his/her supervisor to ensure the timely delivery of fully tested system functionalities that are developed according to properly specified and sign-off business requirements.
  • To support projects on document preparation including workflow and procedures manuals and training materials.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Perform User Acceptance Test: Construct test plans and cases; Carry out testing according to test plans; Check testing results; Assist in planning, organizing, coordinating, monitoring and testing of any agreed business process and/or IT changes.
  • Prepare and update workflow and/or procedures manuals and/or training materials. Provide training to end-user including back office and frontline staff, if required.
  • Assist in planning, organizing, coordinating, monitoring and testing of any agreed business process and/or IT changes.
  • Participate in working group, prepare business requirements specification, review IT documentation, construct test plans and test cases, carry out testing according to the test plans and review the test results.
要求

What you will need to succeed in the role:

  • College degree or above.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Have good English reading and writing skills.
  • Able to arrange multiple daily tasks reasonably, deal with various problems in time and ensure accuracy.
  • Flexibility in shift work.

 

What additional skills will be good to have?

  • Basic knowledge or experience in wealth management or MPF is preferred.
