Policy Servicing team from Insurance Center of Excellent (ICoE) GSC China is involved at all stages of after-sales service. Team act as a key role of customer journey of Insurance Life Cycle, providing high quality and excellent business support among customer journey.
The Opportunity:
The purpose of this role is to provide high quality and efficiency support to Policy Servicing, ensure that transactions are processed accurately.
What you’ll do:
Ensure effective process efficiency and maintain high quality service standard expected of the HSBC brand in order to foster long lasting client relationships.
Handle change request from customers which enhances customer experience and supports business growth / opportunities.
Ensure the job compliance with all guidelines and other operational standards and procedures as well as relevant regulations and laws.
Job holder is to provide multiple tasks and have a commitment to provide an efficient and accurate service.
Support the data preparation when Audit review.
Recommend any operational efficiency and streamlining ideas for process and system improvement to support better business and customer services.
What you will need to succeed in the role:
Process customer instructions accurately in accordance with agreed quality standards.
Maintain and improve the delivery of high quality customer service by working as directed by management.
Demonstrate ways to improve service quality and exceed customers' expectations.
Identifies best practice opportunities within the team and across Business Service locations.
Contributes to self-development through expanding job and industry knowledge and ensures all mandatory training is undertaken in a timely manner.
Ensure that transactions are executed in accordance with the established procedures and standards.
What additional skills will be good to have?
Prior experience of operation related.
Independent, able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage customer relationship with onshore business partners.
Self-motivated and good team player, willing to speak up and share best pratice to team.
High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, etc.) .
