We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Manager, Cost Analytics.
Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will
- Lead in-depth review and validation of internal and external recharges to/from the Chief Commercial Office
- Ensure transparency, accuracy, and compliance with intercompany and intra-group cost allocation methodologies
- Collaborate with Finance, Shared Services, and Business Units to resolve discrepancies or issues in recharge flows
- Maintain and improve recharge models, documentation, and audit trails
- Deliver actionable insights through detailed cost analysis across Chief Commercial Office
- Lead annual budgeting and periodic reforecasting processes for cost centres
- Act as a strategic finance partner to the Chief Commercial Office leadership and broader finance teams
- Promote and enable an inclusive and diverse culture that respects and values differences
To be successful you will need
- Experience working in a global or regional Chief Operations Office, Business Management team
- Strong understanding of intercompany recharges, cost allocation methodologies, and Financial Resources Planning process
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence without direct authority
- Familiarity with Cost, Profit & Loss operations or commercial finance environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
