We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Officer. Service Delivery .
Principal Responsibilities
- Review of set up templates and ensure that Fund Set-up, agent set-up and other static data set up are raised by the operations team accurately and completed timely and according to Fund Manager’s instruction
- Analyse and perform periodic review of loads set up to ensure that sales charges, realization charge and trailer fee are correctly computed
- Ensure appropriate mechanisms are in place to track and document the instruction received and implement effective solutions to maintain client satisfaction
- Ensuring proper procedure and timely update of the Fund Manager’s changes to the set up instruction
- Facilitate the execution of day-to-day operations for the transfer agency services in processing, reporting and query handling activities
- Develop streamlining focus for service delivery improvement, risk mitigation and/or enhanced product offering
- Maintain internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit observations

- Undertake and lead projects as assigned from time to time including User Acceptance Test
- Service oriented and client focused, proactive and responsive approach
- University degree with relevant disciplines preferred
- A minimum 2-3 years of experience with knowledge in Transfer Agency, fund services or related areas preferred
- Self-motivated with the ability to think, and act independently combined with an ability to work under pressure to meet tight timeliness
- Operational knowledge of banking products especially unit trusts
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong Team Player and have the ability to work with others
