Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with Product Owner, customers and stakeholders to understand customer requirements, identify problems, and translate them into technical requirements 
  • Collaborate with customers together with Product Owner to gather feedback, validate requirements, and ensure successful delivery of value
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other technical stakeholders to ensure that the technical solution meets business requirements and technical standards
  • Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring they are aligned and meet the customer requirement
  • Collaborate in defining product roadmaps and contribute to backlog prioritization with focus on technical feasibility
  • Support product vision in strategy, focused on automation of routine processes and tasks orchestration, using such technologies as Control-M and in-house developed systems and tools

Requirements

Qualifications – External

 To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in IT and 5+ years of experience in business analysis, technical delivery, or product-facing role.
  • Proven experience working directly with customers, understanding their needs, and translating them into actionable technical work
  • Deep understanding of technology processes, industries, and organizations
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to identify problems, analyze data, and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to manage projects, define scope and deliverables, and track progress
  • Solid understanding of service orchestration, automation, and API-based integrations
  • Experience working with Control-M or similar orchestration platforms in the context of automated service execution and process flow management
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working in Agile environments (e.g. Scrum, SAFe).
  • Strong understanding of technology, programming, data analysis, and system architecture
  • Experience of using Service Now, Confluence, Jira is preferred
  • Understanding of Cloud Concepts (AWS, GCP) and AI/ML is desirable
  • Knowledge and Understanding of Splunk, AppDynamics, Thousand Eyes is an advantage
  • Ability to translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements.
