We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will: 

        Responsible to monitor, motivate and manage RMs for achieve financial and non-financial outcome for the sales team.

        Lead, develop and manage the sales team to ensure achievement of the business objectives with the responsibility for customer growth, Wealth and Retail product growth etc. in order to fulfill customer needs. .

        The management scope of an business director is to in charge of a team of 10 RMs to 12 RMs.

        Achieve results by working with the whole sales team, local market and wider community.

        Ensure the sales team to deliver a consistently excellent customer experience

        Coach and train staff not only for building employees' sales knowledge and skills, but also other guidance and refreshment training bank requires, and also effectively management of employee attrition rates.

        Manage the sales quality for the team.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

      Knowledge / Experience

 

1.       Proven ability in team leadership and management

2.       Proven ability in Wealth and Retail distribution

3.       Proven and progressive management experience.

4.       Proven ability in relationship management in the Retail sector

5.       Demonstrate behaviours consistent with HSBC Values

6.       Proven adherence to controls and compliance with no significant breaches

7.       Expertise in financial planning and related systems and processes

 

      Skills

 

1.       Strong marketing, sales, management planning, financial, leadership, project management and communication skills

2.       and good knowledge and control of risk management.

3.       Strong planning and organising skills.

4.       Ability to use numerical data to effectively manage sales team performance.

5.       Excellent industry and sector knowledge.

6.       Good knowledge of Wealth and Retail distribution techniques and models.

7.       Excellent interpersonal skills, with a particular emphasis upon inspiring, influencing and negotiating

8.       Coaching sales techniques, best practice and sales management on a team and one to one basis

9.       Planning and organizing skills

10.    Analytical skills

11.    Problem solving skills

 

 

      Qualifications and Certificates (add local requirements)

 

1.       Attain appropriate professional and regulatory qualifications as required by the local market

2.       Attain any internal standards as required by market
