Why join us?

The GCCs(Global Capability Centres) will support us to deliver sourcing, volume hiring, internal mobility, onboarding and coordination.  With this new capability, we will be able to shift towards:

  • Proactive hiring: A continuous, ‘always-on’ sourcing approach to build talent pipelines, aligned with demand plans and an ‘on-demand’ sourcing approach. This will help us be more agile when recruiting the skilled talent required to meet business priorities.

  • Customer-first, digitally enabled: Deliver a high-quality, personalised and digitally-enabled hiring experience. Our goal is to provide timely, quality hires while enhancing the candidate and people manager experience.

The Opportunity:

In 2026 we are launching our new Global Capability Centre’s to accelerate our talent transformation journey. This strategic investment marks a significant milestone in enterprise talent, underscoring our commitment to re-imagine talent acquisition to build a world-class, globally diverse workforce. The new GCC will be a central hub for global talent acquisition, leveraging cutting-edge technology and innovative recruitment strategies to identify, attract and engage talent from around the world.
We are looking for an experienced and strategic High-Volume Recruiting Leader to spearhead our talent acquisition efforts at our Global Capability Centre. You will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of recruiting leads and recruiters, leveraging the latest recruitment technologies to meet ambitious hiring targets for high-volume roles. This is a key leadership position for an individual who can blend strategic vision with hands-on operational excellence, driving efficiency and innovation in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do:

  • AI-Driven Sourcing: Utilize AI-powered sourcing platforms and tools to identify and engage both active and passive candidates from a global talent pool. This includes leveraging tools for advanced searches, predictive analytics, and automated candidate matching.

  • Strategy and Optimization: Develop and refine sourcing strategies based on data-driven insights from AI tools. Analyze sourcing metrics (e.g., conversion rates, time-to-hire) to optimize search parameters and improve the quality of candidate pipelines.

  • Candidate Engagement: Craft and deliver compelling, personalized outreach messages. Engage with prospective candidates across multiple channels (e.g., professional networks, social media, industry forums, and email) to build and nurture long-term relationships.

  • Talent Pipeline Management: Proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, leveraging AI to manage and segment candidate databases effectively.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand specific role requirements, technical needs, and cultural fit. Align sourcing efforts with business goals and recruitment strategies.

  • Bias Mitigation: Actively work to mitigate bias in the sourcing process by ensuring that AI tools are used ethically and by focusing on skills and qualifications over subjective criteria. Conduct regular audits to ensure fair and diverse outcomes.

  • Technology Adoption: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and recruitment technology. Be a subject matter expert in the use of these tools and advocate for their effective integration into our talent acquisition processes.

要求

What you will need to succeed in the role:

  • Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated experience using AI-powered sourcing platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other recruitment technologies.

  • Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and semantic searches.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from sourcing tools to make informed decisions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a talent for crafting engaging outreach messages.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
