The Opportunity:

As a Talent Management Strategy Lead, you will:

  • Lead enterprise-wide talent management initiatives such as succession planning, leadership development, and skills transformation.
  • Partner with HR, business leaders, and learning teams to ensure alignment between talent strategy and business goals.
  • Drive the adoption of AI and digital solutions in talent development, workforce planning, and capability building.
  • Foster an inclusive and high-performance culture through targeted engagement, upskilling, and reskilling initiatives.
  • This role requires strong stakeholder management, an ability to navigate complex business environments, and a deep understanding of organizational development, leadership frameworks, and workforce analytics.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute a global Talent Management strategy aligned with business priorities.
  • Design and implement leadership development programs to build a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Lead workforce planning efforts to ensure the organization has the right talent for future needs.
  • Oversee succession planning, career pathing, and talent mobility strategies.
  • Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and external partners to enhance talent acquisition, retention, and upskilling efforts.
  • Establish talent analytics and reporting mechanisms to track key metrics and program effectiveness.
  • Drive initiatives for employee engagement, skills transformation, and cultural change management.
Requirements

What you will need to succeed in the role:

  • Recognized project management qualification
  • Expert computer literacy, including project management software
  • Proven team leadership ability
  • Ability to work under deadline pressure
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Conflict-resolution and problem-solving ability
