We are currently seeking an expert individual to join this team in the role of Team Manager, Client Service.

The role is responsible for the delivery of post-sales support to Commercial Banking clients, across a full range of GPS products. 

In this role, you will: 

•    Lead a team of Client Service Associates/ Managers, including day to day team management, resource planning and provide mentorship and supervision to junior team members.
•    Be responsible for the end-to-end client management process providing a positive and professional onboarding/client experience for customers.
•    Use professional and technical expertise to provide credible observations and recommendations to others.
•    Put highly complex and/or technical information into simple terms so that stakeholders can easily understand it.
•    Continuously adapt to balance and prioritise different demands of the team and requirements from multiple directions and stakeholders.
•    Provide guidance and supervision to junior team members.
•    Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.

Requirements

To be successful, you should meet the following requirements: 

•    Experience working in relevant environment/s, i.e. client facing, leadership/team management including relevant market/context, i.e. finance, relationship management.
•    Experience and dire to support others' performance, enabling them to achieve by providing clear direction, motivation and support.
•    Shown experience of owning the delivery of an excellent customer service and proactively look for innovative ways to improve the service delivered to customers.
•    Ability to communicate with all levels of management, both within the Bank and with customers.
•    Excellent written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences.
•    Ability to assimilate knowledge quickly in a rapidly changing technical environment.

The base location for this role is London with a Hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office.
