Hang Seng’s Operations is a team of experienced banking operation professionals who strives for delivering time-to-market, efficient and world-class processing services to customers, corporations, financial institutions and internal units. 

 

WPB Operations, mainly supporting Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) with a wide range of service delivery scopes including but not limited to Banking Operations, Card & Loan Operations, Wealth Services, Mortgages Services, Customer Communications, Cash Operations, Customer Due Diligence Services, Tax Utility, etc. that subject to review from time to time.

 

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as WPB Operations Manager under Operations, Digital Business Services

 

Principal responsibilities

  • Plan and manage the operation delivery of end-to-end digital journeys for customers in line with the business strategic objectives, risk appetite and agreed demand statements within AOP, via a high caliber team of various professionals/SMEs in a matrix of onshore & offshore colleagues, and third party suppliers
  • Partner and engage with business executives and stakeholders in responsible area for business strategy alignment as well as liaison and execution on business initiatives and day-to-day BAU activities / queries across various functions and stewardship at global, regional and local level.
  • Execute the governance and monitor the overall performance and quality of service delivered in adherence to risk and control management framework, regulatory requirements, and policy & procedures.
  • Drive the transformation of customer journey, in line with Bank direction with full digital enablement and streamlined processing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or above in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications
  • Minimum five year’s working experience in banking focusing in retail banking operation
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
  • Proactive and strong self-motivation with good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attentiveness to data & details with good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage
