We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Scrum Master to drive Agile transformation and deliver high-impact IT projects. As a key leader, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies, embed DevOps practices, coach teams, and ensure seamless collaboration between stakeholders and development teams. Your expertise in Agile methodologies and IT project management will enable you to foster innovation, streamline processes, and deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives as well as attend Quarterly Business Reviews and take ownership of product increment planning.
- Mentor and coach team members on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices as well assembled Agile and DevOps practices within the team, acting as the Scrum Master for the POD.
- Ensure the team lives Agile values and principles, providing evidence of incremental improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is prioritized and refined as well as address team dynamics and ensure a good relationship between the team, product owner, and external stakeholders and identify and remove obstacles to team progress, establishing an environment where the team can operate effectively.
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team, providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior team members as well as maintain effective control of the end-to-end application and service, including Development, UAT, and Production.
- Drive quality assurance automation, ensuring the test strategy includes test data, environments, and non-functional testing relevant for products/services and contribute to the simplification of small parts of the tech architecture, driving simplicity and reducing TOIL as well as develop a track record of managing tech debt and proactively fixing issues before being assigned them.
- Act as IT Service Owner delegate (ITSO) for Talent Intelligence systems, working closely with third-party service providers, provide subject matter expertise and support across teams and provide leadership for team, component, and production incident reviews (PIR) and demonstrate ownership.
- Monitor ICE Exceptions, Unix/Linux Patching, Cyclic Patching, Performance and Stress Testing, Data Backup Recovery Plans, DR Tests, Roleswaps, Vulnerability Planning, and Resolution Management as well as adhere to governance processes and ensure compliance with IT standards and requirements, perform requirements analysis, documenting, and communicating the results
What you need to have to succeed in this role
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in IT project management as well as certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is mandatory.
- SAFe certification or other Agile framework certifications are preferred.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and an ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and distributed teams
- Knowledge of integration technologies (e.g., APIs, Springboot) and Hands-on experience in driving software development, with a strong understanding of technical processes and systems.
