We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in the role of WPB (Wealth and Personal Banking) Risk and Control Officer.

Principal Responsibilities 
  • Maintain Helios Data Quality Dashboards to ensure data accuracy and integrity through ongoing monitoring and updates.
  • Support Assistant Business Regulatory and Tax Manager on Periodic Regulatory returns submissions and Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) reporting.
  • Manage Issue and Action Tracker to proactively track and resolve issues to mitigate risks and maintain compliance.
  • Maintain and follow-up on Risk Papers and their actions to ensure timely completion of risk mitigation actions and timely completion.
  • Perform Helios system updates.
  • Ensure accurate submissions to monthly Risk Management Forum to provide reliable and timely information.
  • Support with Management Self-Identified Issue (MSII) closure validations.
  • Contribute the management and monitoring of third-Party Risk Management.
  • Support with monthly Trigger Event assessments.
  • Preparation of International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB) Risk Management Forum (RMF) governance packs for Market Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Team.
  • Carry out the role of Continuous Monitoring Assessment (CMA) for Market Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Team.
  • Support Customer Exit Management (CSEM) Operations at NFR.
Requirements 
  • Applicable for Sri Lankan nationals only. 
  • Good communication skills (both verbal & written).
  • Strong stakeholder/networking skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently within a team environment with minimum supervision. 
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to consider/recommend alternative and lateral solutions.
