We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in the role of WPB (Wealth and Personal Banking) Risk and Control Officer.
Principal Responsibilities
- Maintain Helios Data Quality Dashboards to ensure data accuracy and integrity through ongoing monitoring and updates.
- Support Assistant Business Regulatory and Tax Manager on Periodic Regulatory returns submissions and Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) reporting.
- Manage Issue and Action Tracker to proactively track and resolve issues to mitigate risks and maintain compliance.
- Maintain and follow-up on Risk Papers and their actions to ensure timely completion of risk mitigation actions and timely completion.
- Perform Helios system updates.
- Ensure accurate submissions to monthly Risk Management Forum to provide reliable and timely information.
- Support with Management Self-Identified Issue (MSII) closure validations.
- Contribute the management and monitoring of third-Party Risk Management.
- Support with monthly Trigger Event assessments.
- Preparation of International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB) Risk Management Forum (RMF) governance packs for Market Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Team.
- Carry out the role of Continuous Monitoring Assessment (CMA) for Market Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Team.
- Support Customer Exit Management (CSEM) Operations at NFR.
Requirements
- Applicable for Sri Lankan nationals only.
- Good communication skills (both verbal & written).
- Strong stakeholder/networking skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Ability to prioritize and work independently within a team environment with minimum supervision.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to consider/recommend alternative and lateral solutions.
