We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Agile Lead.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Manage the project approach and build stakeholder buy in around the project plan, commitments and changes
  • Ability to take on technical discussions with the development teams on SSO, APIs (REST & Angular), system architecture, various integrations to upstream and downstream systems.
  • Support a team with a global array of talents and responsibilities to manage delivery proactively, balancing scope, schedule, resourcing, dependencies, communications, and budget
  • Manage, monitor and report progress, issues, dependencies, risks to the global program management, internal stakeholders and steering committees. Make recommendations to influence decision making in order to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realization
  • Enforce process discipline and improvements in areas of expertise, such as, disciplined agile software delivery, production support processes, and continuous DevOps pipeline development
  • Help in the development and running of the program management office or project management practice
  • Ensure adherence to standard controls and drive teams to achieve compliance and framework, capability management, risk management, security controls and technology architecture design
  • Establish effective governance and control, in line with Business Transformation Framework and coordination of cross technology teams across Global Business and Global Function delivery
  • Work with the IT teams and Product Owner to drive improvements in productivity through backlog management, maturity in the use of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban and Lean, and corresponding management of dependencies


  • Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of large scale project management experience in financial institutions, preferably with knowledge in private banking business and operations
  • Proven stakeholder management skills
  • Proven experience in working with a globally dispersed team
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple manner to global audience.
  • Proven risk and issue management skills
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with good command of written and spoken English
