We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Project Manager

In this role, you will:

  • :Collaborate with various teams (Architecture, engineering, product management and operation) to ensure all aspects of the program are aligned and on track.
  •  Facilitate communication and resolve conflicts among teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for program Principal Architects and Portfolio architect, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring stakeholder needs are met.
  • Identify potential program risks and dependencies. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address these risks, ensuring that the program remains on track. 
  • Oversee the execution of multiple projects within the program, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Monitor progress and adjust as needed. Maintaining the team backlog with input from Group Architecture team/Chief Architects, Practice Leads and other stakeholders, the jobholder has the primary responsibility for building, editing, and maintaining the team backlog.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: 

  • Experience as an architecture practitioner in a large-scale organisation.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. (Jira Service Desk and Confluence)
  • A sound knowledge of architecture frameworks and service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL) and key processes (e.g. change, incident, problem management)
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), cloud computing, infrastructure, and system architecture.
  • A good understanding of creating business presentation.
  • Provide comprehensive reports and documentation on program status, metrics, and outcomes. Maintain accurate records of program progress, issues, and resolutions.
